With the coordination of After Sales Service, office will demand service about the vehicles that the maintenance time is coming up. Maintenance time of the vehicles show differences according to their brands and type of fuels. There are 3 different maintenance period; 10.000 km and multiples, 15.000 km and multiples, 20.000 km and multiples. Vehicle’s maintenance kilometre has to be maximum 1.500km, if it is more than this kilometre, the vehicle will be out of guarantee. When the vehicle comes to service, delivery report will be given to service personnel and the copy of the job order will be taken.
According to insurance rules damages managed into 2 ways; Traffic insurance and KASKO. The driver must bring the damaged car with traffic, police, gendarme or accident report. After the accident, when all the documents are prepared about the damage, the After Sales Service department will be noticed. The driver will bring the vehicle to the office with accident report and the documents of opposite parties’ license, comprehensive motor policy and copy of driver license. The vehicle must be returned to office in 5 work days period after the accident.

Direct the vehicle to the nearest repair shop in repair network and get all necessary documentation related to accident, reports, rental agreements, driver licences, insurance policies of opposite parties. After that, check the responsible party in the accident and send a notice to the insurer of opposite party and send a notice to the our insurer. Then a notice will be entered to the local system of the car rental company. Lastly follow up the repair process when getting %100 compensation.
